How to Get Your Heja Calendar Link
Heja can subscribe your team schedule to another calendar. One important catch: calendar subscription is a Heja Plus feature.
The quick path
Heja → Schedule → top-right icon → Subscribe to team schedule → Copy calendar link
Sammi only needs your calendar link. You do not give Sammi your Heja password.
Get Your Heja Calendar Link
Open Schedule
Go to the Schedule view in Heja.
Tap the icon in the upper-right
Open the calendar subscription controls.
Choose Subscribe to team schedule
Select Subscribe to team schedule.
Copy the calendar link
If Heja shows Copy calendar link, use it instead of handing the schedule straight to Google Calendar.
Send it to Sammi
Paste the copied Heja calendar link into Sammi.
That's it. You have the link Sammi needs.
Copy the complete calendar link exactly as it appears and keep it handy. Do not shorten or edit it.
Check Your Heja Link
Paste the link below before sending it to Sammi. This checks the address format. It does not open your schedule.
Got the Link? Send It to Sammi.
Come back to Sammi and paste the calendar link. That's it. No rebuilding the schedule by hand. No typing games and practices in one at a time. Sammi can use the Heja schedule you already have as part of your family's sports schedule.
If Your Heja Looks Different
Heja's official help center says this feature is included only with Heja Plus. If you do not see the subscription option, check whether your team has access to Heja Plus.
