How to Get Your PlayerFirst Calendar Link
PlayerFirst Club lets you export an athlete's schedule to Apple or Google Calendar. For Sammi, use the calendar URL or copy link to clipboard option.
The quick path
PlayerFirst Club → Profile → Schedule → Add calendar icon → Copy link / calendar URL
Sammi only needs your calendar link. You do not give Sammi your PlayerFirst password.
Get Your PlayerFirst Calendar Link
Open PlayerFirst Club
Sign in to the PlayerFirst Club app.
Choose the athlete
Select Parent/Guardian or Athlete, then choose the profile you want.
Open Schedule
Tap the Schedule icon in the bottom navigation.
Tap the add-calendar icon
Use the add-calendar icon in the upper-right corner.
Copy the calendar URL
For the Google route, use the URL field or copy link to clipboard. Copy that subscription link for Sammi.
Send it to Sammi
Paste the PlayerFirst calendar link into Sammi.
That's it. You have the link Sammi needs.
Copy the complete calendar link exactly as it appears and keep it handy. Do not shorten or edit it.

Paste the link below before sending it to Sammi. This checks the address format. It does not open your schedule.
Got the Link? Send It to Sammi.
Come back to Sammi and paste the calendar link. That's it. No rebuilding the schedule by hand. No typing games and practices in one at a time. Sammi can use the PlayerFirst schedule you already have as part of your family's sports schedule.
If Your PlayerFirst Looks Different
Make sure you are using PlayerFirst Club, not a different PlayerFirst event/tournament surface. The export follows the athlete profile you selected.

The exported calendar follows the athlete profile you selected. Repeat the process for another child.
Can I use Apple Calendar?
Yes. PlayerFirst can hand the schedule to Apple Calendar, but Sammi needs the underlying subscription URL.
Does Sammi need my PlayerFirst password?
No. Sammi only needs the calendar URL.
