How to Get Your SportsEngine Calendar Link
Need the actual calendar link for Sammi? Open SportsEngine in a web browser and follow the steps below. A browser is best for this because Sammi needs the calendar link itself. You should be done in about two minutes.
The quick path
MySE → Schedule → Sync Schedule → Other Calendar → Copy
Sammi only needs your calendar link. You do not give Sammi your SportsEngine password.
Get Your SportsEngine Calendar Link
Sign in to MySE
Open SportsEngine in a web browser and sign in to your MySE account. MySE is the SportsEngine account where your teams and schedules appear.
Open SportsEngineOpen Schedule
Once you're signed in, click Schedule. This shows the events connected to your SportsEngine account.
Click Sync Schedule
Look in the upper-right corner of the Schedule page and click Sync Schedule.
Don't see Sync Schedule?
Make sure you're signed in to your MySE account and viewing the Schedule tab. If you're looking at your team's public website instead, the options may look different.
Choose Other Calendar
SportsEngine will give you calendar options. Choose Other Calendar. Don't choose the direct Google or Apple option. Sammi needs the calendar link itself.
Click Copy
Click Copy next to Other Calendar. That's the link Sammi needs.
That's it. You have the link Sammi needs.
Copy the complete calendar link and keep it handy. Sammi needs the link itself, not a downloaded calendar file or the address of the Schedule page.
Check Your SportsEngine Link
Paste the link below before sending it to Sammi. This checks the address format. It does not open your schedule.
Got the Link? Send It to Sammi.
Come back to Sammi and paste the calendar link. That's it. No copying games one at a time. No rebuilding the schedule by hand. Sammi can use the SportsEngine schedule you're already using to help keep your family's sports schedule organized.
If Your SportsEngine Looks Different
Some SportsEngine organizations still show an iCal option directly on the team's website. If you don't see the MySE method above:
- Open your team's SportsEngine page.
- Find the team Calendar or Event List.
- Look for the iCal icon.
- Click it and copy the calendar link.
- Send that link to Sammi.
If the Calendar or Event List is empty, SportsEngine may not show the iCal option.

What is MySE?
MySE is your personal SportsEngine account. It's where the teams and events connected to your account show up.
Should I choose Google Calendar or Apple Calendar?
Not for Sammi. Choose Other Calendar → Copy. That gives you the actual calendar link Sammi needs.
Can I do this from the SportsEngine mobile app?
SportsEngine's mobile app can subscribe your phone directly to a team calendar, but Sammi needs the calendar link itself. The easiest way to get that link is through your MySE account in a web browser.
I can't find Sync Schedule. What should I do?
First, make sure you're signed in to MySE and viewing the Schedule tab. If your organization uses a different SportsEngine layout, look for an iCal icon on the team's Calendar or Event List and copy that link instead.
Will schedule changes update through the same link?
Yes. SportsEngine uses a subscribed calendar feed. When your organization updates the SportsEngine schedule, the same calendar feed can reflect those changes. You do not need to get a new link every time the schedule changes.
Does Sammi need my SportsEngine password?
No. Sammi only needs the calendar link you copy from SportsEngine. Keep your SportsEngine username and password private.
